          @fanhuacloud 1.8V是正常的，试了一下用SD卡是可以启动的

            @yubeer Spi nand的WP HOLD需要上拉，设备树里面改内部上拉再测

              也可以更加粗暴一点，WP\HOLD先直接外部上拉个电阻测下
