@aw2022 I had similar issue on Ubuntu 18.04. Fixed it by:
sudo rm /usr/bin/python
sudo ln -s /usr/bin/python3 /usr/bin/python

@yuzukitsuru I can't get the SDK from "https://sdk.aw-ol.com/git_repo/V853Tina_Open/manifest.git" even with LV3!
The "repo sync" doesn't do anything.
Could you please share another path ?

It just stucks at downloading the first item (1/74) and never downloads anything !
