哪位大神帮忙测一下A133的PH13阵脚对地阻值是多少？我的RTL8211F的25M时钟由A133的PH13脚位提供，之前一切正常，现在PH13无波形输出，测量对地阻值为0.是不是芯片挂了？如果是，能否把RTL8211F的时钟由外部改为内部？这样做的弊端是什么？

A133+RTL8211F方案，RTL8211 25M采用外部时钟，由A133的PH13(EPHY0_25)提供，用户将产品摔坏后返厂修复，发现PH13无25M时钟输出，以至于RTL8211不断复位，网口起不来。日志如下：
