4M是CMA内存，在env.cfg里配置大小

@yixintai 可以裁剪的视频编码都已经裁剪了，64M内存还是很紧张，经常出现OOM问题，我们的音频解码不需要4M的，因为观察解码出来的PCM缓存，只有300多K，音频解码的StreamBuffer在我们的场景下，128K就够了的，还是麻烦尽快提供下修改方法，感谢。
