全志芯片T153， 如果在PWM通道使能的情况下，比如把占空比从50%调到30%，10%都可以。 但是如果把占空比修改到0%，在这之后不管怎么调都无效，必须先失能PWM，把占空比调节到非0的有效值，再使能PWM才会正常
