V853无法烧写SPI Nand

我想采用SPI nand启动，但是我根据客服这边的建议将emmc拆除后，贴了spi nand发现无法烧写，img我已经是将系统配置成spi nand的，烧写时log如下，还请帮忙解答一下，谢谢

板子是百问网的V853PRO，重新焊过，基本能够排除虚焊问题，采用的flash是GD5F4GM8UEYIG，在uboot和kernel中已经添加了对应成员变量。
