用t113 tina，修改debug为uart2，修改了sys_config.fex为uart2（PF2 PF4），编译时提示warning:your configuration is out of sync，please run make menuconfig ，old config or defconfig
@wxgd2017 执行一次 make menuconfig，然后退出保存。
