V833 booting error "init dram fail"

I'm trying to boot nor flash image on my V833 device through phonix suit, immediately after flashing it got an error "init dram fail" through debug port UART.

I found that this error is from binary file "fes1_sun8iw19p1.bin" which is in sdk of V833.

I think, I need to configure this as per my requirements but, didn't found its source code.

Could anyone help me to rectifing it?
