openharmony mqtt mbuffer分配不到报错

使用openharmony在x806用MQTT做通讯是多几次mqtt_demo_publish就会出现mb_get的时候MB_MALLOC失败，关掉MBUF_OPT_LIMIT_MEM又编译报错
