AllWinner H3 booting with xboot

I am trying to get xboot working on an AllWinner H3 Orange Pi PC board.
I think I have all the sunxi tools and I have xfel for linux and windows. I also have a .fex file for that board.
I just don't know where to go from here.
What are the steps to
A) getting this onto an SD card
B) getting this into NOR and NAND flash
