TFTP 烧镜像

我想用TFTP指令在uboot阶段烧写镜像，在虚拟机上搭建TFTP服务器。
在uboot中设置了
setenv ipaddr 192.168.37.40
setenv gatewayip 192.168.37.1
setenv serverip 192.168.37.30
setenv netmask 255.255.255.0
saveenv
可认为式三个设备分别是windows主机PC(192.168.37.20)，虚拟机ubuntu(192.168.37.30)，开发板(192.168.37.40)。关了虚拟机和windows的防火墙，虚拟机和windows可以互ping，但都ping不了板子。
板子可以ping windows但ping不了虚拟机。
