T113i reboot 软重启失败

T113i reboot 软重启失败。
在硬件设计上，添加了外置看门狗706，连接到CPU的RESET。
硬件看门狗暂时还处于没有工作的状态。不会发复位信号到CPU的RESET。
此时reboot ，系统在发送reboot后，执行一些操作后，就卡主了，像是没有启动boot0，以下是打印信息。
但是如果我们把706看门狗硬件拿掉后，reboot正常。
同样的设计方案，在其它CPU 平台上都没有问题，T113的平台还需要修改哪里吗？
