用PhoenixSuit烧录T113-S3进行到10%时会重启烧录进程

参照购买的T113-S3板子自画了一块,将参照板子上烧录有固件的MT29F2G01ABAGDWB-IT 芯片焊接在自画的板子上能够正常启动,尝试用PhoenixSuit给自画的板子烧录固件,进行到10% 会提示错误,PhoenixSuit重新进行下一轮烧录,一直循环。filash的wp、hold引脚上拉10K电阻。
