哪位大神帮忙测一下A133的PH13阵脚对地阻值是多少？我的RTL8211F的25M时钟由A133的PH13脚位提供，之前一切正常，现在PH13无波形输出，测量对地阻值为0.是不是芯片挂了？如果是，能否把RTL8211F的时钟由外部改为内部？这样做的弊端是什么？
