V821 boot problem

Hello everyone, making some experiments with SC1742v develop board, and on last image burning i got flash timeout error and the board stopped booting and nor flash seems to be dead as i can`t even erase it. I took another nor memory of same capacity but another vendor and flashed it the same was as i did previously with Phoenixsuit. But the board stopped booting - always Kernel panic on mounting.
