Yes my credentials are in the global store. I am not in China.
None of the XR806 URLs work. Can someone please fix it? It's been mentioned a few times by other people that it is broken. thank you

it does seem a little awkward trying to get the XR806 SDK. Couldn't it just be on Github where it's easy?

Why put any barriers in front of getting the SDK at all? Why not just stick it on GitHub?
