按照嘉立创开源上面做的H616开发板，可以正常烧写系统，但是启动不了，usb烧写串口输出信息，但是不知道从那个方面考虑。发布在 H616系列-OTT
下面是usb口烧写系统时的串口输出的信息。也通过全志测试DDR的工具，DragonHD测试过DDR也都测试通过，现在不管烧到SD卡还是EMMc都不能正常启动。
