Lichee RV86 Panel config file

Hello all)
Can anyone help (share config file) with config for Tina 2.0.
I try all, spend two week and still cant start LCD or touch working(
Pre compile image working, but i need add some pakege inside and i cant do this with exist image(((
Or show me how turn on LCD and touch)
