d1s system init 修改成procd-init tplayerdemo出问题

修改此配置后，生成的固件用tplayerdemo播放视频发现视频只能播放一遍就停止了，而且在tplayerdemo终端输入 quit 也无法退出播放器。
各位大佬有遇到这个问题的吗？

@mhcsoft 如果要使用这个INIT，要进行一下其他配置。我一般就busybox了
