有没有尝试更换一下 SPI NAND 储存器,可能是储存器坏块了

① 电源旁边并一个 大电容 + 0.01uF小电容
② 降低SPI 速率到 5Mhz左右先酱紫试一试

@whycan 试了加滤波电容,没有好,不过在DC-DC的反馈电阻上并一个小电容好了,现在不能启动的概率变低了
