t113-s3，usb开启虚拟网卡问题请教

请教一下各位，t113-s3，开启rndis的时候，可以正常ssh，但是通过scp发送文件的时候，就会出现kernel panic，然后卡死。日志如下。请问有谁遇到过吗？大概是什么问题？可以怎么解决？
