平台： D1s+XR819S(使用外部晶振24M) TINA系统

问题现象：

xr819s驱动INT加载失败，主要异常
[XRADIO_ERR] fw_record_read: Wait for wakeup:device is not responding.

复现步骤：

给机器上电
等待机器启动完成
确认wifi是否正常，正常回到步骤1，异常发现xr819s驱动加载异常。
