OV9716，初始化异常

[zznzzn]

芯片的上电没有错，MCLK，RESET，I2C均用示波器捕获过是正常的。
问题可能存在哪？

@zznzzn 看一下驱动[VIN_DEV_I2C_ERR]ov9716_mipi sensor write array Error, array_size 1701!，这里为什么会出现这种写入数组的错误，由于写入数据失败了，导致后面获取不到数据
