T113-S3更换XT26G04CWSIG_4Gb NAND起不来

请问大牛们！
T113-S3 编译 buildroot 因为使用 MX35LF1GE4AB 128MB 不够使用，更换XT26G04CWSIG_4Gb NAND起不来，XT26G04CWSIG_4Gb 在id.c 列表里面

烧写成功，启动卡在下面的log，更换过几片 FLASH，情况一样
