busybox-init 改为 procd-init 报错

全志F133 Tina sdk 由 busybox-init 改为 procd-init 升级后开机报错如下：
碰到过并解决了这个问题得童靴吗。

@mhcsoft 配置下inittab里的绑定，busybox和procd不太一样
