T507不能烧写emmc，不断重启

T507-H 年初买的片子，焊接了2块，都是一样的情况。
用的是PhoenixUSBPro.exe - 4.1，emmc是 供电3.3V，io 1.8v，芯片是.KLM4G1FETE-B041

不能烧写，不断重启
