t113-s3 配置内核第二阶段卡死

1、使用 tina sdk，天嵌的 核心板
2、使用uart3 控制台输出
3、改了根据自己的底板改了 dts之后，时不时的卡死。有时候修改个 无关的 dts（比如加一个不存在的 i2c cpt 触摸 节点竟然好了）。修改无关的 dts 时好时坏。
4、把uart3整个 dts节点全部 屏蔽掉，竟然能正常 启动并且输出，好像一直用 earlyprink输出的。
5、有时候死机日志 也不一定固定在哪一行，老是感觉 启动时候初始化不知道怎么了，测了很多次，感觉都不是本质问题，感觉像 修改dts节点 或者 串口啥的 影响了启动顺序导致死机。实在找不到问题了，各位大佬有遇见类似的现象的吗 救救我

@yuqingli 问题已解决普遍性问题。我网上找了好几个sdk tina longan 都有，都有这个问题。问题原因是dts设备关闭的太多导致内核启动速度变快，到挂载rootfs的时候 emmc还没有加载成功导致的，挂载rootfs之前加入延迟就好了，可以修改内核启动参数加入延迟
